Call was quick and knowledgeable. He wanted to do the job right. What he wasn’t familiar with the device, he was willing to learn and did so. He picked it up quickly. He was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

He provided great customer service--spoke with me one day and came out the next day to do the service (replace fuses) the next day. He was really informative and fixed it in about an hour.

I would have given them a 5 star rating, but the time the electrician worked and the time he turned in to billing did not match. He also showed up later than he told me he would be there on both days. Overall the work was very clean and Cal the owner adjusted the time to reflect the work hours that were worked was accurate. I would use them again.

I appreciated the honesty and didn't upset work that wasn't required to get what I needed done. I am rehabbing my laundry area which included reconnecting the 220 outlet. While Cal did recommend upgrading my electrical panel he advised me it wasn't necessary for the reconnection like smother vendor did. He fully explained what he was going to do and how. He and his assistant came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'm actually asking Cal to come back and checkout a very odd wiring array we found in a whole in yhe wall behind a pegboard that was covering it in the garage. I have no idea if any of it's live or what they lead too. So calling yhe expert back in.

I had a number of HVAC companies tell me that my electrical job would cost me $1000's more than what Cal charged me. Moreover, Cal did it the way that I wanted it done, without holes and cables all over the front of my house. Cal gained my trust. You can trust him too.

Finally an electrician who understood our problem and fixed it. Three others couldn't. But Calvin could and did. Excellent!

Calvin works to save his clients money, goes above and beyond to communicate on plans for the job and cost, and an all around good human being who cares about his customers. Always professional, and I don't have to worry if the job will be done right. Why? Because he follows up to make sure everything is working as it should, and that not just my business, but my happiness with the work is top of his list. UTS will always have our business.

This was an evaluation. The report was understandable; however, the estimate to make the necessary repairs would not have been wise to accept given the age of the heating panels. This decision not to accept also makes it impossible to complete this form.
