"He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional.
