"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I have a mini split hvac system that suddenly stopped cooling my air. TLC came out, put a fluorescent material in the system to detect any leak in my stem. When the tech returned to see results, he looked in 2 of the 4 cassettes, advised me both were leaking, and any replacement was not compatible the existing condenser unit outside. This procedure costs me just short of $1000. The cost to replace the entire system would be about $22,000. I called another hvac company that replaced the 2 cassettes that TLC said were leaking (no compatible issues) and the system worked fine until again no cool air! The 2nd company returned and tested (previously untested units) the final 2 units and discovered a leak in one. At my request, they replaced the last 2units. My final cost was about $14,000. TLC should have reimbursed the cost of their misdiagnosis $1000. They not only misdiagnosed the issue, but lied about the compatibility of the new cassettes"

I worked with manufacturer to address the issue after this company said they could not help us any further and it took 5 minutes for the manufacturer to find the problem that was in front of the technicians face for over 1 year. When I called to speak with the manager to get a refund for the time without an oven and the high cost I paid, he refused, said everything they replaced was necessary to replace and it was not his fault they did not see the problem. I would not recommend anyone use their services. I am extremely disappointed. Not to mention I have 3 young children."
