The issue was that the kitchen sink drain piping was prone to clogging from garbage disposal and the Tee connection. He replaced most of the piping under the kitchen sink, and re-structured it to minimize any future problems. He was polite and helpful. Tested the work and adjusted it to ensure it was installed correctly. Cleaned up and left the undersink area as found. The job was done right. Only issue is that he rounded the time spent up to the next half-hour, and did not apply the correct amount for the Angie's List coupon. Did not note that until after he had left. Saw some of the negative Angie's List reviews, but we did not have any of those issues."

He is always prompt, courteous,  neat and honest. He has told me when it's worth it to repair something, and when it is not. His prices are reasonable. I have used him to fix my fridge, ovens, dishwasher and washer/dryer. I recommend him heartily.
