So far, so good. They haven't come out to do any work yet. Mason Brennan who is a factory rep stopped by and reviewed everything with us. He did a great job and he'll have Keith come out and do the proper measurements for building a sunroom. We haven't had to dish out any money yet. Step 1 has been completed. Waiting for steps 2 and 3.

One window doesn't work properly. Installed 1.5 yrs ago. Contacted 1.5 months ago. Told 60-90 days for repair. That is a long time to wait for a malfunctioning window. 68 days and no scheduling contact yet. Will only rehire to match existing windows.

I met with the sales rep, Tonya Gonzales today. I wasn't going to proceed without thinking about the project to install a new garage door. But I could tell that Champion stands by their product with a lifetime warranty. I already have a sliding glass door installed by Champion over ten years ago. I have been happy with that sliding door. Ms. Gonzales was very knowledgeable with 7 years experience. A big bonus was she was polite and patient as I was making my decision without pressuring me. To my surprise, I decided to make the purchase of a new garage door today. I didn't need anymore time to proceed. Once the garage door is installed, I will go on Angi List again.

Niko arrived right on time prepared to explain all my window options. He answered all my questions and explained Champion's history and manufacturing process. I feel Champion is a high quality product and appreciated the personalized attention to my project. I am sure I will be very satisfied with my new Champion windows!

The estimate and quote went well, it might be 6 months before the actual work gets done, so can’t review that part. We were semi-shocked at the cost, but everything costs more these days. Am excited to see the final product.

Replaced all windows (22 total) on home. Salesperson and installation team were professional and helpful. Very pleased with both the process and end result. Used Champion years ago to replace my sliding door; now finally updated all windows in the home. Would definitely hire again/recommend.

Excellent. It was very smooth from the representative showing us what was available to the 2 gentlemen (Anthony and Andres) that installed the windows. very professional and courteous. They kept us informed through the whole process. The windows look great and it so much cooler in the house and no dust blowing in.

We had multiple quotes for new windows on entire home. Tonya with Champion Windows gave us a quote and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products. She showed us what sets Champion apart from other window competitors. The quality and craftsmanship of product offered was very impressive. Top 3 selling points for me (in order) were: 1. Made in USA and U.S. owned product, I currently serve in the military and this is very important to me. 2. Lifetime warranty with excellent terms of warranty, better than all other quotes we received. 3. Value and quality, everywhere else had either quality or value (cheaper build). If you wanted quality alone you will pay a premium. Champion offers a premium product at a reasonable price and value. For all our searching I believe we are getting all we looked for at good price. Every person we worked with was very friendly and professional. When the windows were installed the crew was so careful and left the work area spotless.

I was very impressed with Mike's crew. They worked quickly and fast. The new patio roof is wonderful. No more leaks like through the previous roof. This will prevent leaks that used to destroy the ceilings and walls of the bedrooms under this upper patio. Recent heavy rainstorm and NO LEAKS! Really enjoy the doors and windows, Beautiful correct installation. Also I got many estimates for this job from various patio roof and sun-room installers. Champion was by far the most cost effective with the best quality materials. It was a pleasure working with Tonya, Mike, and other managers to get this project successfully completed. More party space in our house.

They were good. They did what they said they were going to do and when they were going to do it. Everything went fine.

The contractor ordered the wrong color windows, and will not call me about it. I am still waiting for parts for my windows, and it has been a month and a half.

Only glitch was delay between ordering and installation. I understand that was due to the holidays.
