"He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. His company is one of the few that work on microwaves."

"We purchased a range hood for our stove and needed someone to do the installation. Jason was the man for the job. He responded right away, showed up at the agreed upon time, installed the range hood with a quick trip to Home Depot for the plug (not included) and cleaned up after the work, and the price was reasonable. "I have used Ole's Appliance for 16 years for all kinds of appliance repairs. Today Patrick did a great, quick job fixing my fridge and leveling my dishwasher (which wasn't mounted very well by the delivery guys from the store). He is always prompt, courteous, neat and honest. He has told me when it's worth it to repair something, and when it is not. His prices are reasonable. I have used him to fix my fridge, ovens, dishwasher and washer/dryer. I recommend him heartily.
