"My lawn guy, of all people, discovered some issues. Because I needed more than one pound of refrigerant, that was the additional cost. It was fine. The guy came. He was on time. He was a personable individual. There was stuff they missed that they should not have missed. I don't know, maybe because it was a hot day. When I look at what my lawn guy discovered, I don't think I would use them again. I would suggest if someone uses them, they would follow up on what they do and make sure the work is to the home owner's satisfaction. The guy was nice, it's just that he missed some significant stuff."
