We ended up having him video scope a line from our house to the septic tank as we needed to verify there were no roots encroaching on the line. It ended up being a septic tank issue, but having 100% assured that the line was good allows us to take the next (more expensive) step in full confidence. Nick is very patient and never seems rushed to move on. He asks great questions to gather as much context on the issue as possible. This allows him to better recommend the next course of action. One look in his truck will tell you that there are many tools to use in the resolution of an issue... and this up-front consultation allows him to steer the customer in the right direction. "Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."
