Quick Drain

I had put out a request on Nextdoor for a plumber who has access to use of Hydro jets. Nick, at Quick Drain, was highly recommended with a write up that “he’s done some work for York Properties, and he’s one of the best service people I’ve ever worked with”. We called him up and he promptly came out to take care of our drainage problems. He’s a workhorse! Cleaning out drains (even having to access one from the roof as we did not have a clean out), inspecting drains with his camera, and cleaning up after himself! He also recommended another company who could install a cleanup for our old house. Could not be more pleased with this young man’s fine, professional service !

Nick DeVaughn arrived early and prepared to work. He was quick and efficient in fixing the problem. Nick was very culturally competent and remained professional at all times. Being African American, this means a lot considering previous experiences with plumbers. He did a fantastic job ! Highly recommended â ¤ï¸

Nick came on time and had every tool we could possibly need to resolve our drain issue. We ended up having him video scope a line from our house to the septic tank as we needed to verify there were no roots encroaching on the line. It ended up being a septic tank issue, but having 100% assured that the line was good allows us to take the next (more expensive) step in full confidence. Nick is very patient and never seems rushed to move on. He asks great questions to gather as much context on the issue as possible. This allows him to better recommend the next course of action. One look in his truck will tell you that there are many tools to use in the resolution of an issue... and this up-front consultation allows him to steer the customer in the right direction. We will certainly call Nick again if we have drain issues in the future. Thanks Nick!

Nick came on time and was very professional and knew what he was doing. I had him unclog a pipe in the crawlspace. He even told me about a small pinhole leak that he found so that I was aware of it and I could get it fixed. Nick is a one man crew and owns his own company. Owner Nick came out on short notice on a Friday afternoon when Roto-Rooter canceled at the last minute. Professional, organized, knowledgeable. Cleared my completely clogged kitchen drain (a mix of PVC and galvanized pipes in an older home) that I'd tolerated for 4 days - with state-of-the-art equipment. A very positive experience with Nick. He was very prompt, on time and thorough with the job. We've had a recurring clogging of our main drain line and he finally jetted it out and was able to show me the difference via his camera footage. I would recommend him over the multi-truck operations.
