I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn't want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!) Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)

They had expertise and were very efficient and resolved the issue in a timely way. And they were less expensive than two national plumbing company quotes. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

We had an emergency on the day before Thanksgiving. The service was superb. Edwin was prompt, well equipped, and very professional. He used floor protection and made certain everything was clean when he left.

Brought in to investigate a leak. It turns out the leak was from a defective shower faucet cartridge. However rather than checking the source first the plumber made holes in ceiling (below). I think had he just turned on the shower faucet he'd found the issue and avoided the need for me to repair the sheetrock.

Edwin came out to diagnose my water heater. He was incredibly helpful and patient. I would certainly hire him for other projects. He is obviously knowledgeable and been in the business many years. He is great at communicating and explaining issues. He arrived during the time I was told, which is always a plus.

I was a little annoyed that Home Advisor alerted several vendors without my approval. PK Plumbing was first and we hired them immediately. I have the other vendors the courtesy of a response, but it was a waste of my time and theirs.

Edwin came over straight away and fixed my water heater in the same afternoon

These people are great! The service, the price, the quality of work are excellent. What I liked best, besides the personality of the plumber, was the pricing schedule. Everything is laid out with all choices made available. The service was quick, effective, and I will save so much money on my water bill this month, I can hire them again! The service was done quickly, charges were reasonable and quality of the work was great.

Edwin was most professional and arrived earlier than I had been promised. He found my problem and repaired it in less than an hour. He checked several other trouble spots and gave me advice about taking care of those. Definitely will use when plumbing demons appear again.

Edwin Lazo installed new faucets and drains throughout the house following the installation of new granite countertops. Along with connecting a garbage disposal and a new line for refrigerator water and ice. He answered all my many questions and took the time to problem solve a future project with me. He was prompt, careful about cleaning up, and overall, did an excellent job.

Placed a service call and was contacted within minutes about setting up an appointment. A broken hot water line pipe needed to be repaired. The service was done and leak eliminated.

The contractor was quick to respond and the repair was professionally done. Along with this repair I asked about options to add a water softener; he suggested the most expensive option. Only when I stated that this option was out of my price range did he suggest that their were options that were probably better suited to my needs. The repairs were professionally done, but I was left feeling like I had just dealt with a pushy salesman.
