I was very pleased with all services rendered and I am planning to use this service again if it’s the Lord willing for me to do so.

They came out and fixed our issue. They were clear about the cost and when it looked they might be harder to fix than originally thought, they let us know and how that would affect our cost. But, they kept trying and were able to work it out for the original cost provided. Excellent work!

I was replacing an old, but working, water heater with a new one. The first water heater did not work, they installed another and it did not work because gas pressure was low. Had gas checked and it was fine. Came out again and still did not get it going. A different, water heater manufacturer certified, plumber came out and got it working. We were without hot water for 6 days for no reason. There was no apology, no discount or remedy on price for being without hot water for almost a week. NEVER HIRE MR. ROOTER!

Jacko from Mr. Rooter came to provide my service. I had two new toilets installed in my 16 year old home. He was extremely friendly and he did great work. Jacko and his assistant were helpful and patient. One of the new toilets was broken the assistant loaded it for me so I could go get another and unloaded the new one. Once installed they did a thorough check to make sure everything was working well prior to their departure. I would definitely contact Mr. Rooter for service again.

I got a kitchen sink and faucet installed. The plumbers were helpful and did a great job. It was around $900 for installation which I guess is comparable to area, but seems a little high to me.
