"I was a bit horrified to see water leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. Based on another positive recommendation, I called McKenzie, and they were able to come out directly. It was a Saturday late afternoon, but they were pleasant, courteous and professional. The owner came with his son as his assistant. The owner was doing a great job of teaching the son about the job without sacrificing efficiency. The son was a very able assistant. They identified the source of the leak quickly (the tank) and set about disassembling the toilet to repair it. While they were in it, they did additional maintenance (wax ring). They also checked our other toilet tank's status. They picked up after themselves. They were willing to bill, but let me pay cash as well. I hope we don't need plumbing services for a while, but I would call them if we did.
