My wife called Horizon this morning after finding out that the toilet would not fill up. By 10am I got a call that the technician would be on his way. Cal came in, looked at the toilet, and told me what he thought was wrong. Besides fixing the toilet he needed to replace a valve

Tech was good, but it?s simply outrageous to be charging $250 for a bad fuse that I ended up buying from Home Depot for $25 for two of them! I know you?re pricing the ?warranty? but would be better to keep it to a real price and maybe I?d keep using these guys for other services. I can?t trust their prices now.

Called at 5 pm customer service was great my furnace stopped working she she gave a window of time that night the technician called before arriving at 7pm he fixed the heater problem. His name is Lucas very knowledgeable & easy to talk with. He wore shoe covers before entering my house. I appreciate the great job I received and the price was fair. Thank you
