We had out the door plumbing replace our water line from the meter to the house. They gave a very responsible price. They showed up on time for the estimate and the start of the job. The work they performed was very professional and the end result was surprisingly well done .they are friendly well mannered employees that do great work.

Called ODP to come and give me an estimate for a repair of a main water line leak. Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another. I went with the repair option. Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair, and they left the yard clean and with my wife's approval (not easy to get). The repair utilized really good quality materials so I have no doubt this leak is fixed! I will have no reservations in using these guys again.

The team determined that it was not a clog or roots (another company said that was the cause), but that the connection of the sewer had shifted down and the wasted was not able to continue up the pipe. The replacement cost was much better than expected and job was done e in 4 hours on a very hot afternoon.

Zach was great! I feel terrible because he tried to show up early to beat some awful weather, and well, it got him anyway. This guy is very dedicated to what he does, even if it means getting absolutely SOAKED in 30 degree rain and wind. He was very polite and explained things very well. He told us exactly where and what our problem was, and didnâ t push himself on us to get the job of fixing it. Luckily my dad was able to fix it for us to save us the expense of replacing an entire pipe, but without Zach we wouldnâ t have known anything. I definitely would call him again if something happened to us in the future. Great service and great guy!
