"SAVE YOURSELF, so many better more ethical plumbers out there! I had a kitchen pipe clog up at a rental. Called them out, the guy seemed to work hard to get it cleared, to no avail. Wasn't aware they were charging me $382 whether they actually got it cleared or not... first sign I wasn't dealing with an ethical company. they told me they would give me a partial credit for MORE work to try jetting, but that was 50/50 whether it would work or not. What was recommended was replacing 35 feet of 1.5" pipe partially in a crawl space for $1488, as it's less than $100 in materials. Im a contractor so I know that price is way out of line, and confirmed so when two other plumbers in the area, who unfortunately couldn't get to me in my time frame said the job would be $400 to $600. In any event, all about told me they were pricing it for a full day for 2 guys. 16 man hours?? I questioned it as I know and have this job myself many times, I was just out of the area., and was told if it was less, it it took less. I spoke to Alex the owner and he told me he had all these enployees to pay for and nice trucks etc... which I get, but I dont care about...gave them the go ahead and instead of 2 guys all day, it was one guy for 7 hours. after the job was fine I questioned whether they would reduce the price since it took less men and hours, the answer was no... they did a quality job. then they billed me, for OVER the amount we even agreed to. Oh btw, I STILL have not been sent an invoice as agreed. Shady! So I texted the tech twice why it was over what we agreed with no response... So if you are down for overpriced work and a company that bills you more than you give them permission for, call.All About Plumbing!"

"Talked to 5 contractors and Jeremy was by far the most knowledgeable. I explained that I wanted a very efficient heat pump that would work at low temperatures and rarely use auxiliary heat. I did a lot of research and did a heat loss estimate on the house. Jeremy was the only installer who came up with about the same size heat pump I did and it turned out to be correct. He gave me a much more detailed estimate than anyone else with 3 options and complete specifications on what I was getting. I was impressed with his detailed process that resulted in the right size unit that had the right specifications for a specific house. The other contractors looked like they used a cookie cutter approach and were offering units that were too small. We have had some cold days and nights so I have been able to test the capacity of the unit and it is performing better than expected. I recommend Jeremy and the crew and All About Heat and Air without hesitationn."

Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling.
