I am a small home based remodeling company that has recently relocated from Western NC to the sunshine state of Florida. I am looking forward to continuing a successful business doing bathroom and kitchen remodels, general repair, and handyman work in this area. I do the small jobs that the larger contractors seem to over look. Being the owner of the company, I perform or oversee all aspects of the work to be accomplished, to ensure quality work in a timely manner. Being a veteran of the US Navy maintaining Nuclear Reactors and Submarines, I know what it takes to give it your best on every challenge! Kevin and Darlene were courteous and professional. The job turned out even better than we had hoped. They cleaned up after themselves daily and completed the work in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to use them again for other remodeling jobs. Highly recommend!

We purchased a 1929 cottage that was in need of some major updating. Kevin (owner of KB Sliver Construction) was amazing to work with. Really felt that he was looking out for our best interest. We live in Memphis and he handled the remodel in Asheville so professionally. He provided guidance, recommendations and made sure we stayed within our budget. The work was BEAUTIFUL. Both the bathroom and kitchen turned out even better than we had expected or imagined. And the quality of work was impeccable. He took no shortcuts. And he was very accessible. He even provided pictures of the progress each day since we lived in another state. We won't use anyone else and highly recommend him.

We are very happy with the addition Kevin completed for us. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking, provided examples of his work and made some great suggestions of his own. The end result is better than we had anticipated. Kevin completes much of the work himself, but in those cases where he used subcontractors, the folks he choose to partner with did an excellent job as well. Kevin communicates both before and during the project. He tolerated our many questions, mid project changes and always returned my calls. I would definitely hire Kevin again and have already recommended his services to others.

It took longer than expected due to Kevin having an unforeseen accident and breaking his ankle, this delayed the start of the project because it meant he had to reschedule his other workers. But we have to say that we are delighted with everyone's work, and the finished project looks great! Another plus, is that all of Kevin's workers are very nice and polite people, including Kevin of course! They all took care while working within our home, and they were very clean workers. Kevin was very helpful with providing us with his input/suggestions, which we very much appreciated. We have already informed him that we'd like to have him and his colleagues back to remodel our Master-bathroom and Powder room.

Kevin replied immediately to my voice mail message and was at my house to do the work within 24 hours. In addition to doing the work requested he also installed a light fixture in my bathroom. He was very professional and completed the work thoughtfully and quickly! Will definitely contract with Kevin int he future!

House was built in 1953 and presented many challenges. Kevin and his crew were very good at creating solutions for difficult problems as they were discovered during the course of the demo. Kevin would make suggestions for problems and I felt very comfortable with his solutions. Kevin and crew were very good communicators and would meet with me each morning to go over the work to be done that day. Kevin was very responsive about addressing any concerns I had. Kevin would purchase the materials and provide me with all receipts and I would reimburse him for these materials. Saved me a lot of time and trouble plus he knew much better than I did what materials would be required. My wife and I are very pleased with the basement remodel and we now have a comfortable multipurpose area that doubles our living space. Nice, clean and bright. I know there are lots of builders who are only interested in new construction and so I consider myself fortunate to find someone who is willing to work on remodels and who takes pride in his work. Would definitely use Kevin again.

Even though it was a weekend ( because he was booked solid during the week), Kevin was cheerful. He did not appear to mind doing any of the extra work, even though there was no advance notice--unusual given the timing. He would just work steadily, and was willing to answer questions or respond to requests throughout his time here. Kevin demonstrated a good sense of humor, cleaned up after himself, and made certain we were satisfied with all the work performed.

Kevin has done a number of projects for us over the past couple years. This last one was pretty minor, but it reminded me tha K.B. Silver Construction is capable of doing just about any project you need handled. He and his crew have done everything from fixing our roof, to rebuilding steps, repairing a deteriorating pergola, fixing our leaky water fall, fixing plumbing, and fixing drainage problems, and etc. Without him we would probably have sold our house and moved on to something newer and easier to keep up. Best of all, he is a great guy and someone that we trust.

This construction company can do anything that is required to add an additions, repair floors and walls, and also roofing/guttering. Any needs are attended to in quick fashion, with excellent workmanship and reasonable prices. The owner, Kevin B. Silvers is a very conscientious individual who makes sure that the client is satisfied with his work. All plans are explained to the client before work begins, and the cost estimate is accurate and fair.
The crew that works for Mr. Silvers is also conscientious, and clean up after themselves. When they are finished, the only thing that you see is the new work that has been done. No trash or construction material is left on-site.
I would highly recommend this individual for any job that you have around the home that needs expert care and service. Mr. Silver is one that makes sure that everything is done with good taste and skilled craftsmanship. He aims to please, and works closely with his clients. If things don't go according to his specifications, he will step in and do it himself to make sure that everything is done to please the client.
