Rick Buchanan was recommended by our realtor, and he did excellent work. He started in August and finished in October. He did about $75,000 worth of work. He has his own crew that does the carpentry and demolition. He subcontracted work out to other people but did electrical and plumbing. He had a crew that did a lot of the work. The carpeting and painting was done by another subcontractor. He works with the same crew again and again. All his subcontractors did excellent work, and they did it in a timely manner. He is honorable and trustworthy, and the work was perfect. I have a lot of accolades for him because he did an outstanding job. He has met all expectations and then some. I would rate him highly without a doubt and would use him again in the future if necessary.
