Andy and his crew did an excellent job building our new deck. Andy called me exactly at our appointed time and was punctual and professional when he came out to do provide an estimate. He got back to us quickly with the estimate. After talking to us about ways to save money but still get a deck we were happy with, we agreed on a price and he provided a written contract. Work started within a week of signing the contract. Andy communicated with us on a daily basis during the build. His crew was professional and courteous. They left absolutely no mess when they were done. I would strongly recommend this company for any construction work.

Andy and Larry did an excellent job from start to finish. Both are absolute professionals, arriving on the site daily like clock work, putting in very solid days getting things done quickly and with minimal fuss. They were very respectful of our property, locating dumpsters, tools and supplies thoughtfully and doing everything they could to minimize impact to our daily routines. Communication was honest and proactive, and at no point was I faced with an unpleasant surprise or unexpected issue. Their listening skills were equally well developed. When Andy/Larry said something would be done, it was done quickly, and it was done with quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It’s been a year since I told Andy I couldn’t be happier with my new decks and that statement is true today. Andy was prompt in responding to my request for a quote. He came on time the day of the initial project review and his quote was given when promised. Though 5K over the first quote I received, we were able to negotiate a price I could manage. He was also flexible with the contract terms when I wasn’t comfortable with his initial terms and kindly responsive to questions, concerns and my ideas about design. Other contractors who priced the job stated they wouldn’t pull permits. Andy offered right away that he would - a big factor in my hiring decision. Demolition and reconstruction were completed without work gaps and in a timely fashion. As work progressed and after completion extra items were requested (a step and lattice) but I felt the addition cost was excessive and did the work myself. After completion when putting back furniture, a wooden rocker was found damaged and Andy quickly offered to pay for it. He has also been back to fix a portion of rail left un-nailed and a board that dropped 1/2 inch. This was done promptly and graciously. Everyone that has seen his work has been very impressed with the workmanship. Andy and Alfredo were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Full Circle. I could not say enough positive things about our experience with Andy and the building of our deck. He was very easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He handled the permits and his pricing was fair. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Unfortunately, severe rotted wood was discovered in the joists of the porch. Fortunately, Full Circle Construction was up to the task of major renovations to the porch in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the end project and many curious neighbors have stopped by and are equally impressed with the "new" porch and the quality of the work. We could not be happier with our finished deck and porch and look forward to spending many hours enjoying it. Andy, the owner of Full Circle Construction, provided good guidance and was resourceful in finding the materials we wanted to use for the expanded project on a timely basis. Even though the job was much more substantial than originally planned by either Full Circle or us it was finished ahead of schedule.

We knew going into this project that it would be rather complicated and expensive and would require a contractor who was knowledgeable, reliable, experienced, and dependable. We contacted several contractors by phone and left messages outlining our proposed project. Andy contacted us within 24 hours, and we agreed to meet within the next few days. At the end of the first meeting we knew that Andy would be the man for the job. He had a final estimate for us within 3-5 days, and we signed a contract shortly thereafter. Originally we were contemplating the use of a composite material such as TREX or AZEK, but, after evaluating the deck location and our personal situation, Andy suggested that we use IPE instead due to its appearance, strength, durability and hardness. In addition, Andy determined that we would be able to keep the existing floor joists and posts thereby saving us some money. We discussed several rail systems with Andy and decided to go with a cable-rail style that would blend in with our home and provide years of reliability. Work began shortly thereafter, demolition was complete in a few days and then the IPE decking and cable-rail system was installed within three weeks time. I was impressed by the entire team (Andy, Larry and Alfredo). They arrived early every day and put in full, hard days of work to complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. Andy made sure that the work site was maintained safely for us and his employees. They were extremely careful not to damage any of our landscaping plants, and they kept a clean work site. They would have been finished several days earlier had it not been for inclement weather. He kept us informed of his progress, detail changes and the final completion date. I must say that this was the smoothest, most painless home renovation project that I have ever been involved in. I would highly recommend Andy and Full Circle Construction Company to anyone. The completed project should provide us with years of enjoyment and add value to the home. We, and most importantly, our dog Sammy give five thumbs up to Andy and Full Circle Construction Co.

Andy was responsive, professional, and communicative throughout the entire project. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is evident in the finished product-absolutely beautiful!! He listened to our desires and made great suggestions to help us accomplish our goal while keeping our budget in mind. Andy came and gave me a work estimate and at the same time made a few recommendations on how best to achieve the look and results I wanted. I'm glad I decided to use him. The entire project took about four days (with some interruptions for rain showers) but was done as a very smooth process. He also helped me in getting the county permits issued in a timely manner. His idea of angling the top surface deck boards added to the overall appearance. He took care of removing demolition debris and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. I am well pleased with his work and recommend him without question.

Andy came out the same day we called for an evaluation of our need to replace an aging deck, and we had a quote the next day. Once we gave the go ahead, work began within a few days, and he was finished within the projected time frame. We were so impressed with the quality of the work, and the careful consideration of our needs, that we asked to him to replace an outside stairway that was of the same vintage as the deck. Done and done the next day. All work was given the same attention as if it was his own. Andy was a wealth of valuable information concerning maintaining the deck, and anything else we might have a question about, even if it was not directly relating to the job. The experience shows. You can't go wrong with Andy Buttrick, and we won't hesitate to call him again.

Wow! Andy's work is meticulous. He is very aware of quality workmanship and materials. He spent a lot of time upfront with us to discuss options and was still very gracious with changes we asked for during the build. Based on his high level of detail, we will be working with him in the future on some indoor carpentry work.

This project went so smoothly. Andy was really helpful up front when we were getting estimates. Provided good numbers and worked with us to get the best design that tied into our house and existing deck/covered porch. He was very responsive and had a really quick turnaround time. Attention to detail. Took care of permits, meetings with inspectors, etc. Was able to quickly, cleverly problem solve unexpected issues. Always available to answer questions and work with our crazy schedules. Clean, organized work site. We'll definitely be contacting him again for future projects. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Genuinely nice guy :)

It went great. A major remodel is an exhausting marathon, but Andy got us through it. He lined up all the subs and kept them working, pointed out to them things that needed adjustment/tweaking, he kept us apprised of schedules and costs all along the way.
Andy is a professional. He shows up when he says he will show up. He pays close attention to details. He asks questions to make sure the home owner is satisfied. When something goes wrong, which is inevitable, he keeps after it until it's made right. We worked with him on a big porch/deck job a few years ago and were happy he was available when we were ready for this remodel.

Andy built our original deck and porch roof 10 years ago. South-facing full sun exposure and less than the recommended maintenance took it's toll over the years and it was time for rehab.
Andy is knowledgeable and wise. He offered seasoned advice and options for the construction and materials.
Project was completed quickly and without a hitch. Deck was left swept clean. Refreshed deck and new cedar railings look beautiful, ready for stain and years of enjoyment.

New cabinets, new flooring, new appliances-that fit perfectly. They had to do drywall. They gutted everything to start anew. This day and age, craftsman are rare. His attention to detail was on point. He was so easy to work with and gave great advice on options. His price was very reasonable. It was what I expected to spend. I was so pleased. He has done other work for us before and we have been very pleased. I am also going to use him soon to work on my bathroom.

We expect a contractor to have the knowledge of construction and codes to complete a job successfully, to have experienced sub contractors to provide additional services, and to possess high quality tools to insure that the finished results reflect true craftsmanship. Andy Buttrick has all of the above, and the new deck is a fine addition to our home.

Ideas were added and deleted, materials were decided on and then rejected, the overall scope changed more than once. Andy never showed any frustration, and instead offered suggestions for each new plan. I would have been pulling my hair out in Andy's place; he encouraged us to make changes until we were sure that we would be happy with the finished deck. The work was completed at the original estimate.
If you want to work with an experienced and highly capable contractor who will also become your advisor and mentor, I cannot recommend Andy Buttrick and Full Circle Construction more highly. We have just asked Andy to replace our other deck.

Removal of the old patio and the pergola went quickly with no problems. Getting the new slab poured was much more problematic because of cold, wet weather for a couple of weeks. Once the slab was finally poured, the framing, roof work , electrical work and screening went pretty smoothly. The result is beautiful! The only criticism I have is that the concrete finish is not exactly what I was expecting. That is not a big issue because we had decided before it was done that we would probably put down indoor/outdoor carpet to give a softer, warmer feel.
Andy is very knowledgeable about materials and the esthetic implications of doing one thing versus another. He helped us out a great deal in making decisions in those areas. We also noticed that he has an extremely strong work ethic and takes great pride in his work.. Although he did have subcontractors, Andy was very involved and did quite a bit of work himself.

It went well. Once I called, he came right out to look at the job, gave me an estimate (this was a Thursday, I believe). Monday, he came out to prep the site - removed sod. Tuesday, the crew came out to frame it, concrete truck showed up - it was completely finished that day! The next week, we rolled the shed back onto it - it looks great - they were extremely professional and efficient.

He was extremely meticulous. He listened to all the details and put a lot of thought behind what he came up with as a solution to problems I didn't even think of. Since this is our second home and we were not there, our neighbor across the street told us he was the first one on the sight every morning and he was the last one to leave.

Great! Mr. Buttrick did a wonderful job, helped us come up with a plan for what we needed done, was very responsive to phone calls/emails/questions, and was a pleasure to work with. Great experience with Full Circle Construction. From start of project to completion, Andy was punctual, professional and very detailed in his work. He coordinated the work of the electrician and plummer and make sure that all the work on the job was done to perfection. Couldn't be happier with the experience. I will defiantly use again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Provided estimates for individual jobs and was flexible in any changes made to job. Showed up promptly and left job site in an orderly manner. Made sure all subcontractors followed the same standards. Very conscientious in making sure work was completed to my satisfaction.
