FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Phillip and his crew were terrific to work with. He wasn't the lowest bid, but having talked with each bidder, he was definitely the most knowledgeable so worth the difference. He and the crew were on time, friendly, and worked every day until the job was finished. For the most part, Phillip is on site for the work. Clean up was great. We had three different colors going, some rotted wood to replace, and many bushes and trees that had to be worked around. The shutters were sprayed to change the color, and after that was completed and the sprayer cleaned, I found 4 more shutters in the garage that are extras. Very cordially set up again and sprayed those as well. I can highly recommend Phillip and Vice Versa Painting."

Your air conditioner can temporarily run with a dirty filter, but it won’t work as efficiently. However, if that sound becomes disruptive or if you hear more concerning noises (such as rattling, clicking, banging, hissing, or grinding), there might be a problem with your HVAC system.

You can buy a house with a 15-year-old HVAC system if you inspect the system for performance and budget for a replacement within the next three years. You can also negotiate the price with the sellers. Ask to look at the unit’s maintenance records and energy bills for the last two years to determine the shape of the HVAC system and its operating costs. Spend time in each room of the house to gauge if the HVAC keeps the home at a consistent temperature throughout.

A few drips here and there should not be cause for concern, but if your unit is leaking a large amount of water, then it’s advised that you stop using it until the problem is identified and a solution is determined. The more you use it during a leak, the more issues it will cause.
