"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Be careful dealing with Triangle Reconstruction. Rob, the owner comes off as humble, honest and sincere, but if something goes wrong watch out ! I hired Triangle Reconstruction back in the winter to repair the foundation at my house. This was a very large project of which I had paid him about a third. On January 11 they caused a fire at my house burning down my kitchen. Rob was very apologetic at first, but when I told him I wanted another company to finish the project he said I owed him a lot of money for the work they did and he claimed that they had completed %80 of the job. Fortunately, I had a reputable structural engineer come out to inspect my foundation before they started working on my house and then I had him come back after the fire. The engineer stated only 1/3 of the work had been completed - if that much ! Rob also threatened to file a stop work order if I did not let him bring ‘his engineer’ out to look at it. I understand accidents happen and against the advice of many people I was actually willing to give him the opportunity to finish the job and try to help rectify the situation. However Rob’s estimate to finish was nowhere close to being equitable and provided no consideration for the hardship he has caused in my life. His estimate even included money owed for work they did in the kitchen which was burnt in the fire that they caused ! He clearly doesn’t understand the gravity of this and what my family and I have gone through and what we’re still going through. We have been out of our house for almost 5 months now and probably won’t be able to move back in for another month or two. My family has suffered tremendously due to this company’s negligence."

"We got assigned this vendor through American Home Shield on June 7. Our AC unit was not holding 79 degrees in our upper floor. The tech came 5 days later and diagnosed a leak in the evaporator coil. They replaced it one week later ($3.5k). The following day, the unit was functioning worse than prior to the installation not holding 80 degrees in any of the floors. We called and came again 3 days later. One would expect they would come earlier as it was a follow up. They told us they need it to re-adjust the temperature of the compressor, apparently (they told us) this is common after coil replacement (why this was not done first? no idea!). One day after the visit, the unit still cannot hold 80 degrees in both floors. It is obvious the tech has no idea of what he is doing. At this point I am not sure the initial diagnosis and replacement of the coil (with the consequent fees of adding new refrigerant, $1800 + hand labor+ modifications, all not covered by AHS) was correct. Extremely frustrated experience. I would not recommend this vendor."

"The company had the 1st available appointment--and there may be a reason why. The quality of the work rates as a 4.5. The service technician did good work, but failed to install the trim pieces onto the dishwasher. After the installation, the service tech came in with the bill and attempted to charge me for 1 hour and 15 minutes (rate is $110/hour). The problem is, he was only here for **50 minutes** working. Then, 13 minutes was spent typing his paperwork up on his handheld. When I asked him about the labor charge and disputed the $27.50 overcharge in labor, he simply stated the total again. When I said I will need to contact the company, he changed the charge to an hour. After I paid, he left without saying thank you--easily overlooked, but worth noting. When I called the office to speak with a manager about the attempted overcharge, I was met with a negative attitude from the receptionist (who thought she might be able to resolve the issue). I was then transferred to the supervisor/dispatcher (I asked for originally), who did not care about my concern and had a despicable attitude for a supervisor--interruptive, dismissive, and failure to listen to the primary concern. Technical service is EXTREMELY important, but quality and RESPECTFUL customer service is what keeps a customer coming back. This company will not get a call from me in the future... I simply don't deserve disrespect nor deception. (BTW, in the end, the labor charge would've been more than anyone else, had I allowed the overcharge--since I prevented that from happening, the labor ended up being $14 less than the 2 other companies who quoted me). 8:37pm arrival, work finished at 9:27am."
