Though, I just researching their HVAC provider’s (1.5 stars … gulp!) rating --and his one page "pricey" report. Looked like very hefty charges (to the Sellers) for what is listed as a “quick fix". He diagnosed the problem and explained it to us in terms we could understand and trust. Our system was aged so we opted to have the heat pump and air handler replaced. Joshua Long and his team replaced all of that plus a new digital thermostat the next day. The total price was a few thousand less than what we expected to pay. If there were more than 5 stars to rate with, we would give more stars."
