"I worked with Prime Time Custom Homes for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. Everyone that worked on my home was professional, personable, experienced, communicative, and prompt. My home was built in the 70s, and I wanted to go with a modernized 70s-style vibe - we installed a butter yellow pantry wall, milk glass pendants (Amazon), a stained glass window feature (Etsy, Cali Glasshaus), and pops of walnut wood tones. "P&R added about 1700 square feet to our unfinished second story including an office, a second primary bedroom, media room, bathroom including a 5ft x 5ft shower, a dedicated HVAC room, two storage areas, built in bookcases, a wet bar and an attic. Also installed a second A/C and heater. Responsive service, clean, showed up when scheduled and excellent communication. Checked in frequently with us to check on status and our satisfaction. We had a one year follow up with minor changes needed that were addressed immediately. Very pleased and our project manager exceeded our expectations."
