"I worked with Prime Time Custom Homes for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. Everyone that worked on my home was professional, personable, experienced, communicative, and prompt. My home was built in the 70s, and I wanted to go with a modernized 70s-style vibe - we installed a butter yellow pantry wall, milk glass pendants (Amazon), a stained glass window feature (Etsy, Cali Glasshaus), and pops of walnut wood tones. They worked with me throughout the project to bring the concept to life. I used to refer to my kitchen as "my little cave", but now it is an an open, well-lit, functional and beautiful space! She was also extremely upfront surrounding costs and that did not change throughout the process. "This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work.
