I asked for referrals and Matt Ford was at the top of the list. Matt came out and looked at our needs and put a well detailed plan together- engineer approved. He tested our ceiling to confirm if it had asbestos. They put up barriers where working and kept things very clean. I was updated with photos as the work progressed. Had this not been done properly major structural damage could have occurred when things were cut to install a new support beam. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes.
