"We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew. "We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"Randy and his crew are awesome.  Everything they've done is beautiful, from new vinyl and hardwood floors through drywall and tile work.  Plus the addition of dozens of 16' 4X8 beams to support the floors for the new addition (which is completely inside the existing structure below our 20' gambrel roof).
In addition to the excellent craftsmanship, we feel the cost was extraordinarily reasonable.  And understand from friends who've had renovations done that accomplishing all this - which actually added 1000 ft2 to our home - in four months was unbelievable.
Bottom line, when we're ready to renovate our kitchen and living/dining room and replace our decks (a few years down the road) RHC already has our business.

"We recently hired East Coast Crawspace solutions to handle a mold problem we discovered while trying to sell our home.
