"First off, Mike is a very nice young man and a hard worker. We had been looking at a kitchen remodel but having a hard time getting good quotes and people who understood what we wanted. I called Mike and he was super friendly and accommodating to us. He made an appointment and showed up on time t discuss what we wanted. We hired Mike to do the job and he did not disappoint. "When providing a quote for a moisture issue in the basement of my split-level home, Rob took the time to listen to me explain the issues, answered all of my many questions, and thoroughly explained what he thought needed to be done. We discussed both a costly option (digging up part of the yard and installing drains and waterpoofing on the exterior) as well as a cheaper one (waterproofing paint on the interior). Even though the exterior fix was the best option for ensuring the issue would be remedied, he thought that the interior fix would be sufficient and provided me with information so that I could pick what I thought was best rather than pressuring me into picking the pricier option. He also noticed that my crawl space was lacking a vapor barrier and provided a quote for that as well. I am very pleased with the finished product. Despite some recent heavy rains, I have yet to see any further moisture problems from the basement. And even though I hadn't originally planned to pay for a vapor barrier installation, the price was good enough that I decided to opt for it and I'm glad I did. Even though it would have been cheaper to do the work myself, I am very pleased with the quality I received."

"It was great! The guys not only installed the ceiling supports for the lift rack, but installed all the rest of it too. They showed me how it works with a drill to crank or to use the hand crank to lift the rack to the ceiling. They made sure it was exactly where I wanted it. The workbench and treadmill were just too heavy for us to carry down a steep hill and steps to the basement. They carried both down and put them exactly where we wanted them.
