I called them and they came down and confirmed Mr. Wingate's opinion and e-mailed me an estimate. It was very close to what I expected considering the work that was to be done. They were very kind and answered all of my questions and their politeness was only outdone by their focus on doing an excellent job. When Mr. Wingate came in for a final walk through with Tom and I he said everything was correct and that they had done a great job. "Bennett and his team encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. They did a great job. When they cleaned up they even took away a few cinder blocks I had in the yard. As for the work, I can tell the inside of the house is less humid and my AC doesn't need to be on as much."

"This is, literally barring disaster, the only time in my life I'll ever have my home roof replaced. The job Rodas did looks excellent, and everything important was fine. But I the roof will have to be on for a few years before I'll really know if it was good job or not. The crew was fast, generally very careful, and appeared to do excellent work. My house and garage took them a day and a bit. They were in a hurry on the second day, and failed to get all the grit off my deck. They also left a couple of pieces of tarpaper stuck behind a downspout above the second-floor level and didn't clean up around and under where they had parked in my alley driveway. Someone came to check the quality of the job a couple of hours after the crew left, noted those problems, and promised to get the crew back to clean them up. But they never showed. This is a minor complaint, but it was irksome."

"I contracted David to replace a 21 foot by 8 foot cinder block/brick veneer retaining wall that had collapsed after 60 years. David replaced it with segmented block at a lower cost than directly replacing with cinder block and brick. But the end results were a great improvement in wall appearance and overall home value.
