The sketch show it on the left side and it was place on the front under porch which I don’t think is doing a lot for house foundation. Other than that the job went great. They don't offer or go beyond what's written on the estimate. You have to purchase any additional supplies they require. In my case, just a few 1x3 planks. In fixed pricing, they worked out to $160/hr but given the quality of the work, it's really hard to complain."
