"Josue Morales, Michael Gabriel, and Anthony McCleary Jr., came and encapsulated our crawl space. they were professional and hard working crew. They finished our job in two days. They explained the work and completed as expected. We are in Pinehurst area and the humidity level fluctuates high and low, this is a problem for our floors before we encapsulated the crawl space we had our floors damaged by high humidity. After re-flooring our entire house, we chose Tar Heel Basement Systems to protect our investment, the floors as well as the rest of our house. I give the Tar Heel Basement Systems 5 Stars. Their staff from our inspector (Mark Caddell), to the work crew were easy to work with and the work was completed as scheduled and they were available for our questions before and after the work was completed. "This is the 2nd time I've used Rodas Construction with the same amazing results. I would highly recommend them for any roof project as well as siding now. Cole Faulkner did an amazing job as the Project Manager coordinating the siding, window, and gutter replacement I had done. The crew was here every morning by 7:30am and the entire house was re-sided, had new windows, new gutters, and all the other small items outside replaced and painted in 1 month. Everyone working at the house was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They stick by their word and come back to fix anything that isn't exactly as you expected it. There were even things Cole had the crew fix that I didn't notice. I am beyond happy with the result and the price! Thank you Cole and everyone else at Rodas who made it happen!"

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Mr. Hargrove was extremely prompt and professional when first contacted to make a bid.  His initial evaluation was thorough and his bid well itemized.  There was additional damage found as wood from affected areas were removed, his team reported it immediately and the bid was adjusted accordingly.  Mr. Hargrove was very intentional and deliberate about keeping in constant contact with us and all the monetary adjustments were very reasonable.
 His team was very responsive to questions and observations as the work was being done.  Extra care was also taken to clean up after the work was completed.  Though Mr. Hargrove was very professional in every other way, it would have been easier for us if they accepted major credit cards.  Overall, we would whole-heartedly recommend Hargrove's Home Improvement and we thank Mr. Hargrove and his team for an extremely difficult job well done.
