We have been serving the Triangle and the surrounding areas since 2005; and, we provide professional services for your home or business needs, as well as, government & municipal facilities across the Carolinas. Our services include retaining walls, hardscapes & landscaping for your exterior space. On the interior, we are a Shaw flooring dealer; and, can provide all your Carpet and Vinyl Plank (LVT) needs. We hired them to dismantle an existing walkway beside and behind the house and create a new one. WOW! It’s so beautiful and structurally sound. These guys are so easy to work with. The owner Dave, was able to make our somewhat hazy dreams a reality. Site manager Terry is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff are considerate of our property and friendly.

David and Terry were both amazing to work with but words cannot describe the dedication and work ethic of their team. The most hard working detail oriented staff imaginable. We were over the moon with the process and the result. If you are considering a project do not hesitate to put your trust in this company. They were communicative and present before, during and after every step of the process to make sure we were happy. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The entire process was seamless and the results were phenomenal. David worked with me and my wife. He made several trips to the site where he helped navigate decisions on layout and pavers (Iâ m very analytical). . The design/proposal was very detailed which greatly helped getting HOA approval. Project fell within proposed budget As far as the crew goes I can not speak higher of Mr Terry and crew. Always on time. Very respectful of property and kids. Truly above and beyond experience. Would and will use again.

I hired them and they did good work. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. Towards the end of the project I was ghosted and calls were not returned. 2 years ago and still have things that I would have liked to seen done that were not done. Will find another company to finish things up. I am surprised they asked me for a review.

It was a small project but they did very well installing the garden wall blocks on the hilly side of my home and did an excellent job of adding topsoil, installing landscape fabric and the red lava rocks. They were professionals and did a very nice job of making sure my home's driveway, sidewalk and road in front of my front yard were spotless when they were done.

They did a very professional job and produced beautiful results. They were responsive and flexible on scheduling as much as is possible with concrete work (there were a couple of weather delays, but that is unavoidable when pouring concrete outdoors and nothing they could have changed.) I would highly recommend 2D Professionals for anyone who needs driveway or other concrete work done.

We found David and team to be professional and knowledgeable. We have a HOA, and he provided documentation that we needed. He waited patiently for HOA approval of the project and then put us in line for the project. David stayed in line with our budget and alerted us of issues. We love our backyard pavers and retaining wall!

This is a follow up to my original review. The contractor has honored his promise to replace a section of the driveway that cracked to defective concrete material. The crew was excellent and professional in the demolition and pouring of the new cement. I'm really please with the results and thankful to David for keeping his commitment.

Retaining Wall - Install
I am big on customer service. My dad was a small business owner and really looked after his customers. We hired 2D pros to build a couple of retaining walls and quality was good. However one of the blocks started shifting. I contacted them and they said they would be out that week. They never came. I contacted them again and they said they would be out the next day. They never showed. Its disappointing because we had another job we wanted them to do but if they wont take care of warranty work in a timely manner I would rather go with someone else for the other project.

"We strive to promptly attend to all of our customers' concerns so we apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience. Our inspector did stop by the site to find the wall cap had been struck and dislodged from it's seat. The repair wasn't a warranty issue but was added to our agenda to get corrected. A technician returned to re-set the cap, which corrected the issue, to the customer's satisfaction. Thanks again for the opportunity and we hope to work with you again! 2D"
