"Falcone is my go-to company for foundation repairs. I settled with them out of 3 bids, and they were the only company not to belittle another company. Eric and his crew kept everything peaceful and clean! We didn’t barely know they were here until the last day of work with some slight banging lol My floors are now beautifully leveled! The company was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had! Everyone who had their own parts in helping with our home were on time and very professional! They explained the work and completed as expected. We are in Pinehurst area and the humidity level fluctuates high and low, this is a problem for our floors before we encapsulated the crawl space we had our floors damaged by high humidity. After re-flooring our entire house, we chose Tar Heel Basement Systems to protect our investment, the floors as well as the rest of our house. I give the Tar Heel Basement Systems 5 Stars. Their staff from our inspector (Mark Caddell), to the work crew were easy to work with and the work was completed as scheduled and they were available for our questions before and after the work was completed. "This is, literally barring disaster, the only time in my life I'll ever have my home roof replaced. The job Rodas did looks excellent, and everything important was fine. But I the roof will have to be on for a few years before I'll really know if it was good job or not. The crew was fast, generally very careful, and appeared to do excellent work. My house and garage took them a day and a bit. They were in a hurry on the second day, and failed to get all the grit off my deck. They also left a couple of pieces of tarpaper stuck behind a downspout above the second-floor level and didn't clean up around and under where they had parked in my alley driveway. Someone came to check the quality of the job a couple of hours after the crew left, noted those problems, and promised to get the crew back to clean them up. But they never showed. This is a minor complaint, but it was irksome."

"I contracted David to replace a 21 foot by 8 foot cinder block/brick veneer retaining wall that had collapsed after 60 years. David replaced it with segmented block at a lower cost than directly replacing with cinder block and brick. But the end results were a great improvement in wall appearance and overall home value. "I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"
