Joe Marshall at Prime Time Custom Homes, LLC called me the same day and offered his services. I accepted his free estimate and he assembled and arranged the materials delivery and craftsmen the same week. The efficiency of the crew finished the job in less than five hours. They did good work. Started at 8:30am and finished by 1:00 pm.. The job was a 26’ by 8’ deck roof , shingles and enclosed beaded plywood underneath so as to hide nails and rafters. All I have to do is trim, stain and paint to myself and the wife's liking. So pleased to know that this level of quality work is obtainable in these times. Thank you Joe Marshall."

The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. "Josue Morales, Michael Gabriel, and Anthony McCleary Jr., came and encapsulated our crawl space. they were professional and hard working crew. They finished our job in two days. They explained the work and completed as expected. We are in Pinehurst area and the humidity level fluctuates high and low, this is a problem for our floors before we encapsulated the crawl space we had our floors damaged by high humidity. After re-flooring our entire house, we chose Tar Heel Basement Systems to protect our investment, the floors as well as the rest of our house. I give the Tar Heel Basement Systems 5 Stars. Their staff from our inspector (Mark Caddell), to the work crew were easy to work with and the work was completed as scheduled and they were available for our questions before and after the work was completed. "This is the 2nd time I've used Rodas Construction with the same amazing results. I would highly recommend them for any roof project as well as siding now. Cole Faulkner did an amazing job as the Project Manager coordinating the siding, window, and gutter replacement I had done. The crew was here every morning by 7:30am and the entire house was re-sided, had new windows, new gutters, and all the other small items outside replaced and painted in 1 month. Everyone working at the house was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They stick by their word and come back to fix anything that isn't exactly as you expected it. There were even things Cole had the crew fix that I didn't notice. I am beyond happy with the result and the price! Thank you Cole and everyone else at Rodas who made it happen!"

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"The only problem I have is, I believe one of the pile jacks was place in the wrong place on foundation. The sketch show it on the left side and it was place on the front under porch which I don’t think is doing a lot for house foundation. Other than that the job went great. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to hire."
