"I had Tebco fencing come out to move my back fence line back 18ft, install a 4ft walk gate, and replace around 50 vinyl panels. They came out around September 10th, it took them a day and a half to finish. After they were done, I paid them, I also asked if they had put screws in each back corner of the fence so if the wind was really bad it wouldn't blow the panels out. They said they put screws in both back corners and told me if I saw anymore panels that needed replacing to let them know. I texted TJ Brown on September 13th to let him know that there were panels that got missed and needed to be replaced. I texted him again on September 20th, he finally texted me back to say he would come out ASAP to replace the rest of the panels for me. I told him I put blue painters tape on the panels that needed replacing. On September 27, October 5th, October 15th, October 23rd I texted him wanting to know when he'd be out, no answer. On October 25th I texted TJ Brown, he finally responded back saying, We are way behind bc of Covid in the family and then a death in the family. I have you on the list to go out and get you taken care of. That's the last time I've heard from him. I called TJ Brown on December 23rd, left a voice-mail explaining my frustration with him and his company. This was the day we had 50mph + wind gusts, blew out my two back corner panels of my vinyl fence....yep, they didn't put screws in the corners like I asked them too and said they did. It's now mid January 2023 and still no response from TJ Brown. I'm sure if it was a new customer wanting a fence installed he'd be right on calling that person back. Liars, p*** poor service, non stop excuses of why they can't come out, won't respond back....guess he got his work ethic from Joe Biden. Terrible company, won't ever do business with them again! I'm sure I won't ever get the panels that I paid $ for replaced."

Chimney Repair questions, answered by experts

Common materials used include aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and copper, each selected for their properties suited to specific repair needs.

On average, a roof lasts 30 years—depending on the material. Metal roofs can last up to 70 years, while zinc, specifically, can last well over 100 years. These roofs can reach their intended life span with maintenance that includes seasonal gutter cleaning, pruning nearby trees to avoid damage, and routine inspections every year.

How long it takes to repair a roof depends on damage, but in general you can expect roof repair to take a few hours to a few days. For example, replacing damaged shingles can take between one and four hours. Structural repairs, like fixing a sagging roof, can take up to four days.

Yes, most standard policies include storm damage repairs. Your policy may cover some or all of the repairs. The first thing to do after a storm is contact your home insurance agent. If you get any work done before the adjuster arrives, such as covering holes in your roof or windows, keep those receipts for reimbursement.

Inspections should be conducted annually, and minor repairs should be made as needed.
