My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."

"Von Bullock came to the house, inspected our crawl space and provided an estimate for two jobs: first replacing old insulation batting between the floor supports with a moisture barrier and insulation that covered the ground under the house and extended up the foundation walls, and second to add foundation supports. He was very knowledgeable about the type of work to be done. Before our meeting he sent materials on the importance of the work to be done, then the meeting lasted three hours and he did his best to sell us what appeared to be more than we needed. For example, the moisture barrier he first mentioned was a certain thickness, but he was willing to give us a 'special' deal on a thinner barrier that was similar to what the competition was recommending. Another example, while we asked for estimates for the two jobs listed above, Regional Waterproofing was at the high end for both estimates, and some competitors that could do both jobs indicated that the foundation support may not be necessary. I thought Regional Waterproofing gave us a sales job rather than a professional estimate.
