"Mr Cortez pushes himself to make sure the job turns out to be 1st class. Other companies said that I did not need a trench around my foundation ($2500) but he insisted I did. During a hard rain after he had completed the trench drain he showed me where the water was coming in. It was a lot of water. If the other companies had did the job it would have ruined all the work, and been a waist of money. His crew has works from 8 to 5 each day, and I mean work.He is also very kind and trustworthy. "My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."
