His team of 2 were very polite, professionally attired and had to deal with some 3rd floor windows in tough places, but everything looked great. They also had a few other services (one we used - Dryer vent Cleaning) which is a real safety issue if not done properly. Bottom Line? When the Owner (Dennis) gets personally involved at the job site (not all of them do) and inspects every piece of work his crew does you KNOW it's going to go right.
