I never really used any local crawl space specialist innthe greater910 area. So I priced around and got some estimates with basically all the crawl space companies to include individual folks on thumbtack. My final reach out was to Koons, and I spoke with the man himself, Mr. Koons, and let me tell youâ ¦.not only is this guy beyond knowledgeable, but heâ s responsive and their work is timely, but most importantly heâ s honest, which is beyond rare these days. His honesty smoked out the competitors estimates, and then he lapped them. Which competitors exactly, well all of them, google anyone in the 910 area that does this kind of work and he crushed them. He saved my family over 6 thousand dollars in costly repairs. On top of saving a couple future mortgage payments or braces for kids, the job looked way better than before, and better than what Iâ ve seen in most new homes. Donâ t go with some big company thatâ s not only going to nickel and dime you, and take you to the bank for more, go with this cat, his integrity and work ethic are worth it alone. I donâ t know if you can tell by my review, but I highly recommend them, theyâ re my go to now.

This company is a top notch operation. From the moment they arrived at my house for our first meeting to discuss my repair needs to their finished project completion they went above and beyond to fix and clean up what a previous company did not do properly. Their employees are hard working and very professional. The work they completed under my house of cleaning mold from under the crawl space was more than stellar, which the previous company that started left me in a mess and never completed. They installed insulation and a beautiful floor barrier. Going above and beyond was installing a dehumidifier under house for one month to ensure absolute drying of floor joist and entire area. they did this as an added precaution for me the customer which shows true customer service and what a 5 star company is all about. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Tim Koons who represents it with wisdom of the business and a professionalism that adds trust and confidence to the customer. I had recently bought a house and wanted to know if my upstairs insulation was doing its job. I found Koons Crawls Space Solutions through Angie's List. Literally within minutes of requesting a quote, Tim got back to me. He was able to come out the same day and check out my attic insulation. He was by far the fastest to respond. Unlike the large well-known company that first gave me a quote, Tim gave me his honest opinion that my current insulation was fine and we didn't need more. He showed me how the big-name company was looking to make some money rather than address my personal needs. I still had him quote me what it would cost to do the same work the larger company quoted, and Tim's price was significantly less. I highly recommend Tim from Koons Crawl Space Solutions. Koons Crawl Space Solutions did an excellent job with the work they did on our house. They truly went above and beyond helping us with the many problems we had due to the lack of care from our previous homeowner. Additionally, they went above and beyond pointing out some other problems we needed fixed which posed a serious issue to our house and we otherwise wouldnâ t have known about, which saved us a lot of money down the line. Not only does our home feel more insulated, but they also did a beautiful job crafting a custom door for our crawl space to replace the previous one that was falling apart. It looks better and feels better, and we are grateful for their help. I highly recommend their services. They are polite, fair, and really went above and beyond in everything that they did for us!

I was needing a crawl space insulation for the house I recently bought. The previous owners did not do proper upkeep. Tim showed up right on time(I think he is the owner), and was very helpful. He took time to answer any questions I had and was very friendly. He even had before and after photos on the statement that was sent to me. Very professional. Definitely recommended.
