Crawl Space Jam

I want to share my experience with Chris, owner of Crawl Space Jam, who recently completed an encapsulation project for me. I received quotes from several companies, but Chris truly stood out. His contract clearly outlined the scope of work and pricing. He was very thorough in explaining the problem with water standing beneath my house, how it could be resolved and what the finished results would look like. He not only provided pictures of the space before work began, but kept me informed daily of progress updates and photos. He welcomed questions and answered immediately with clear explanations. He gave a start and finish date, offered fair and reasonable pricing for the service and even completed the project ahead of schedule with photos. Chris and his crew did a great job encapsulating my crawl space. They showed up when they said they would and communication with them was good. They actually did most of the multi-day job while I was gone on vacation, but I was always kept in the loop and given daily updates along with pictures of the progress. Everything they cleared out from under the house was hauled away with no traces left behind. When part of the crawl space access door frame was damaged in the final stages of the project, Chris returned with all materials to restore it and made sure the door was completely sealed. I had several quotes for this job and Crawl Space Jam was more than competitive and did as much, or more, than what some higher bids were going to do. Highly recommend.

Chris was very thorough and went above and beyond which is why we chose Crawl Space Jam for our project. We needed full crawl space encapsulation with a dehumidifier due to moisture and mold issues. Other companies recommended installing perimeter drainage and a sump pump in addition to encapsulation. Chris did the extra work to uncover an existing perimeter drain in our crawl space and he even tested it to ensure it was draining properly. I recommend Crawl Space Jam without hesitation.

Chris from Crawl Space Jams was a God send. He was very work conscious and did a fantastic job. He kept me informed every step of the way with pictures and explanations of what he w as doing. He is an energetic fine young man who knows his stuff. He's fair and don't try to upsell you something that you don't need. His prices are very reasonable. His work is immaculate and he cleans up as he go. I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. He is also kind and friendly.

I had the pleasure of working with Crawl Space Jams, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I had some some mold issues in my crawl space, and my floors were shifting/walls were cracking as the house settled due to seasonal changes. After researching several companies, I decided to go with Crawl Space Jams, and it was absolutely the right choice. Chris was incredibly attentive to our needs and provided a tailored solution that offered great value for our home. The encapsulation system they installed has made a world of difference. The temperature and humidity levels in the crawl space are now consistently regulated, which has resulted in fresher air under the house. Not only are the floors warmer during the winter months, but there’s haven’t been any stress cracks in our walls since! Additionally, we installed the Thermal-Star foam insulation board, which added R-13 insulation along the outer perimeter, which has reduced our energy bill month to month. We highly recommend CSJ!

Crawl Space Jam did an incredible job of encapsulating and waterproofing our crawlspace! Throughout the project, Chris Venzon-owner, continued to provide progress reports, before and after photos, and to make us aware of any operation that might create noise (critical as one of us works from home). Chris even went beyond the scope and replaced the door to our crawlspace to ensure everything was sealed well.
