"They did a nice job on the patio. We wanted it sealed but they stopped responding to our emails when we complained about the sod. The sod work is awful. They blamed us for all the problems. We had to fill in gaps with dirt and seed that were big enough to fit my entire foot. The ground is not level. These are things that weren't visible/noticeable immediately after the sod was laid (and payment was requested/collected) because the ground has to be kept very wet so we couldn't walk on it. They refused to come back and look at the sod- they just stopped responding to calls/emails."
