Legacy Restoration, LLCI have always been impressed with budget's quality and service. I have ordered windows from them before and will again. I'm planning to gradually replace all windows and doors with them. Their prices could seem high, but I think you get what you pay for.
Went very well, we bought triple glazed casement windows with krypton gas, We have had no frost on the windows the past 2 winters. When installed we found one of the screens was dented and they replaced it, also 2 of the windows had imperfections in them and they were replaced also.
I called on June 17th of last year to have someone come out to look at and measure the windows that needed to be replaced.. Made an appointment for June 17th. He didn't arrive. I called and he came the next day. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, in September I called and...
He came out the same day I called and replaced my screen door in less then 30 minutes! It was wonderful service!

Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"
