Clay's Drywall

Clay was fast to respond and give me a quote. He hung the drywall, taped, mudded and finished the ceiling. He was professional and showed up on time. The work he did was great, and he finished the job very timely. I would highly recommend him!

Clay was great to work with and fixed a project gone wrong. We had previously had a less experienced contractor to finish our basement but we had to let him go due to the poor quality of his work. Clay came to our rescue! He did a great job fixing the mistakes of the previous contractor and did wonderful work finishing the mudding, taping and painting. He was always on time, courteous, quick and did excellent work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We had a water mishap in the basement. 2 feet of drywall replaced so buttjoints were the result. I cannot feel the joints much less see them. As someone who has done a lot of taping myself it was nice to see such great work. Clay does exceptional work for far less than you would expect for this type of results.

Our family room ceiling had developed cracks and pieces of plaster had fallen. It needed to be repaired and painted. Clay contacted us the same day we posted our need on Angi. We arranged a date to review the project. Clay arrived on time, evaluated the project and texted me a quote within a few days. We set a date for the project and he arrived on time with his assistant Connie. The project was scheduled for 5 days, but after texturing, a sealant needed to be applied which took an extra day, so they came on Saturday to finish the job. Throughout the project, Clay and Connie were professional, courteous, honest and friendly. I would recommend Clay for any drywall or painting project.

We needed drywall repair after we had a water issue in our basement bathroom. Clay was able to get to the job very quickly. He was courteous, arrived promptly every day and was through. He did an awesome job replacing the drywall, patching in the ceiling, seaming the other walls and texturing the ceiling to make the repairs invisible. We highly recommend Clay!

I had a several areas of drywall damage that needed repair. I cannot say enough good things about Clay. For starters, his work is amazing. The areas he repaired blended seamlessly and I couldnâ t be happier with the end result. Additionally, he was prompt with returning calls and communicating any delays. I found his bid to be very reasonable. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire Clay again.

Clay was prompt to bid the work, kept me informed of time commitments and kept them. The Sheetrock took a day to install and mud and tape took a few days as expected. They also painted the ceiling and wallls. This was a garage project I spent years not completing. Clay gave me a bid for the work then started within a week after the bid was accepted. A comment about this project. Make sure to inventory what is in the space you want to update. Make sure you can move stuff out of the way. Inventory old items and discard them if they are no longer used prior to starting. 30 to 40 pieces of Sheetrock will take up a lot of space. I would like to thank Clay and team for their excellent communication skills , quality of work and commitment to getting this project done on time.

The ceiling repair is perfect- if you didnâ t know it was a recent repair job you would have no idea it wasnâ t the original ceiling.

Clay did an outstanding job for us! We had a major problem with water leak in roof that significantly damaged our living room ceiling! Clay snd his staff did a great job for us in removing the damaged water damage! Repairing it and then going through the total repair process that included re surfacing the ceiling snd painting! Clay responded quickly to our request for a quote, and was dropping sheetrock off within a week. He had the project completed two weeks later. We had drywall replaced in a corner of our basement on the wall and ceiling where we had water damage. He also removed and replaced the popcorn ceiling in the whole room. We are happy with his work, courtesy, and responsiveness.
