"I hired Details Home Services to pick up an 8'x11' woven wool rug for cleaning. They were very punctual for the pick up. I was given a very reasonable quote (in writing) for the cost of the cleaning (which included the pick up and return trips). The rug was ready when they promised, the return delivery was right on time and the rug looked great! All of the contact had with the person on the phone and the person who picked up, cleaned and returned the rug was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family."
