"This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work.
