"Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."

"I contacted Xpres and received a quick response by Roxy, one of its designers. We scheduled a visit to inspect the kitchen, take measurements, photos. She also requested a list of the new appliances we had already ordered to ensure correct measurements for the countertops and to get a good countertop match. In addition to visiting the Plymouth showroom, we also toured other facilities as recommened to see a larger selection of modern counter replacement products and kitchen sinks and faucets. The proposals were sent ahead of time and reviewed 1:1. Working within our budget was respected and the payment process was fair. Dave, the manager, was on site during installations, communicated easily with the workers, and he was onsite to check the work on completion. In tandem, Dani, the project manager coordinated the schedules for plumbing, electrical, and kitchen counter backsplash measuring, ordering product and installations. Great team work. My husband and I highly recommend Xpres!"

"This is a company of novices. Nice folks, but from the draftsmen to the electrician....they made changes to the original plans without consulting me. Dimensions were altered "to save money". The work did not pass city inspections for basement block or electrical on the first time. Flooring, door hanging, and interior/exterior trim work had to be redone several times....each! This company can NOT hang doors or level floors to save their own lives. They need to invest in a functioning commercial grade level....and use it! Get someone else to hang doors, please. They did eventually get it right, but if you want someone to do the work right the first time, do not rely on this company to deliver. Resulting delays and redoing of work made this project last over 4 months. Even though I am enjoying the final product (with an accommodation for an area of non-level flooring), the thought of them on my property makes my blood pressure rise. I will compliment the subcontracted cement, landscape, and drywall men....excellent job! As I have stated above, the final product is very nice and I spend most of my waking hours in my new kitchen. It is just that that 4+month period was like a very pain filled pregnancy. Glad it is over!"
