"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! The entire staff was attentive to our needs and the projects were well done and completed on time. A big shout out to Darren, Kathy, Cory and Johnny and other staff members who assisted in completing our projects for their expertise and attention to detail. The crew was efficient and showed up on a timely basis and when they said they would. I was especially happy that Roman was able to deal with MetLife, my problematic insurance company, which was very difficult at best. A car had driven into my rental property and caused extensive damage to multiple rooms. Being a former contractor, city building inspector, Minnesota State Building Official number 1540, and currently owning a home inspection company, I have had experience with numerous contractors and insurance companies."
