I perform many pre house listing repairs as well as many post house sale inspection repairs required for closing. I offer the "have it your way" program. If all you want is a custom walk in tile shower, there will be no pressure on you to gut the whole bathroom and rebuild. Insured and now a designated Angie's List Super Service Award recipient.
