Crew was professional and cleaned up after they were finished. Walls and ceiling look great.
I would call Tom with any other drywall projects I have.
One worker even came in on Saturday, to cut down on the time they were here. A pleasant transaction for what can be a real headache.
Then the "you know what" hit the fan. We discovered an electrical issue after painting and electrical finishing work were completed. The electrician pointed a finger at Tom's crew, and left the site. Tom showed up a couple of hours after my call, and spent an hour cutting down parts of the ceiling and wall to find the problem, all while patiently dealing with my anxiety attack. He finally found the wire that the electrician hadn't hooked up (WHAT??). He could have walked away then- he had already spent an hour dealing with someone else's screw up. Instead, he was the guy with the white hat who brought in another great worker the very afternoon the electrician finished fixing things.
It's nice to know that the people you hire to work in your home are fair-minded, work hard, and do a good job.
It's great to know that they also run their business with strong ethics and a willingness to go the extra mile should things ever go really wrong.
Over the years we've brought in a lot of people to do work. Worm Drywall definitely stands out as a great company with whom to do business, I just can't recommend them enough.
