No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"The work went pretty well overall. The work was done quickly--over two days--and efficiently. There was some problem with one of the roofers swearing (we have small kids at home) and some of our neighbor's plants got trampled. The biggest concern was with the person who did the estimate. Communication was delayed a number of times. Also, the original estimate for the flat roof section was several thousand dollars too low. Happily, replacing the flat roof was a separate section of the bid and we decided not to pursue that part of the project. However, the estimator should have gotten onto the flat roof section while doing the initial estimate to have gotten a more accurate read of the situation."
