"We wanted a rustic lake home kitchen and living room remodel & I met with several contractors before I had the pleasure of meeting with Rick Tollerud. These days one is lucky if a contractor even gets back to you but I could tell right away that we had the kind of rapport I look for in someone I want to do business with. He was extremely articulate, genuine, detail oriented and extremely responsive. He always made me feel like I was the only project he was managing though I knew he had many. Rick had a team of tradespeople that he trusted fully and they trusted him They were all very friendly, professional, on time and meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day. It was very soothing to hear these tradespeople volunteer their own positive comments about Rick while here about how they also valued Rick's organizational and communication skills.
