"During the quoting process, the sales rep said all he could promise was that any problems would be addressed promptly not that no problems would occur. You have got to love this kind of honesty? And, after the gutters were installed exactly to my specifications, I realized I had made a mistake. Since the fix was relatively minor, the sales rep offered to fix the mistake for free!"
