We are very happy with the work done by Perfect Exteriors. We had significant damage from hail in Aug of 2023. As a result there were multiple projects that needed to be completed. PE did a great job of organizing and scheduling the different crews. They also coordinated a third party crew into the schedule. Each crew was efficient, personable and did a great job with ongoing cleaning up and the final clean up.

Very good!! Very easy to work with and accommodating as far as finding the color shingles I wanted to match my house. Got things ordered and in very quickly scheduled a date and got it done before winter.

They did an amazing job on my new roof after the hail damage. Tyler was great to work with and made sure the job was done right and what I wanted.

After a major storm hit our area I contacted Tyler at Perfect Exteriors. He came out and did a free estimate and showed us the damage to our roof siding and gutters. He also thought he may be able to get some of our windows replaced as he is an expert dealing with the insurance adjusters and the insurance process. Tyler fought relentlessly and showed the insurance adjusters the damage and would not take no for an answer. He got our entire roof, approved siding, gutters, and all of our windows. The work was done timely, and most importantly excellently. The crew always cleaned everything. I can’t recommend Perfect Exteriors higher.

Perfect Exterior was amazing right from the start! My roof has shingles lifting up all over it and areas where the shingles were completely gone! My insurance company wanted to just patch the missing shingles instead of fixing the whole roof which had other shingles lifting. Nevertheless, Perfect Exteriors helped me hold my insurance company accountable for taking care of what I pay them to do! They were so much more than just a roofing contractor, they were an advocate to help me work with my insurance company to make sure my damage is properly remedied. End result, I have a brand new awesome looking roof, then I won't have to worry about for many many years! Thank you Perfect Exteriors!!!

We were very hesitant to take on a home siding project, due to both the potential cost and not knowing where to start. Perfect Exteriors made all of that a breeze. We loved working with Knute and their team. Communication was timely, rates were fair (and we paid what we were quoted), and most importantly, our house looks amazing. We're lucky to have found Perfect Exteriors. 110% recommend to anybody that's considering a project with them.

Our experience with Perfect Exteriors was exceptional. They saw us through a complicated remodel with incredible service. I was accepting an out-of-state job and we were getting our house on the market when a hail storm damaged our roof and siding. Tyler at Perfect helped us navigate some poor service at our insurance company, and got our work done well before closing. He also negotiated so the full house got done when most of our neighbors were limited to new siding on one side. I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Every request was responded to immediately and the house looks great. Perfect has our whole-hearted endorsement!

From the beginning to the end everything met my expectations. Everyone involved in the replacement of my windows (the sales rep, the father/son installing contractors and the project mgr) were extremely courteous, professional, and responsive. The work was done in the time frame that was promised. The contractors made sure to clean up after the work was completed and the project manager made sure to follow-up once the work was done to make sure that everything went okay and that an inspection was done. My only minor-minor complaint is that the window didn't come with the half screens that I had ordered since I do not have central a/c and it can be a pain to remove the full screen from two floors up. Anyway, this has more to with the exterior window color I was required to select and the manufacturer not offering a color match than something that Perfect Exteriors did wrong. With that said, it’s now a year later and I am still satisfied with my purchase and with Perfect Exteriors. I am now in the process of selling and needed to have some very minor issues addressed with the windows and when I called up Perfect Exteriors they came out immediately. No questions asked. They are a very honorable company with quality staff. I would 100% recommend them to others.

My husband and I are very happy with our decision to hire Perfect Exteriors of MN to do our roofing project. We got our roofing project done due to storm damage. Perfect Exteriors was great from start to finish with helping us with the process. The roofers did an amazing job and an even better clean up job. We would refer Perfect Exteriors to anyone we know!

The provider staffed the job with too few workers to get the work done in an expedient manner. The job took most of three days, each morning starting around 7:00 with loud work. This would be fine one day, but not three days. The workers were great, but the provider sent too few workers.

The only hitch was a delayed response to my initial inquiry. Once we connected, PE was quite responsive. I had some moisture issues that needed immediate attention and they rose to the occasion. Tyler was incredibly easy to work with. Crew doing the work were friendly, considerate, and tidy in cleaning up after tasks. A call to PE about wrong gutter drain extensions being installed was quickly handled. Would definitely recommend them.

When provider inspected our attic insulation they found frost on rafters caused by warm air leakage .

.They gave us the price and we made appointment to have it repaired. In a few days they arrived and made insulation repairs..

We were more than satisfied  with not only the insulation repairs but also with the level of customer service from everyone at Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota, Inc.

This is the second time that we've used this company. The first was a new roof insulation and we had the same results as above.

WE WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!

They did a beautiful job. They put a piece of Plexiglass on the top of the window with a hinge which protects the window from icicles that could fall down. They were wonderful to work with and were really happy with the person they sent out to do the job.
