New unit was professionally installed with attention to detail not present on the old unit. No damage to walls or floors, and installers used extra measures to prevent outside dirt, snow, and water from being tracked into the house. "Installers were prompt, professional. They took care, using drop cloths inside to avoid tracking dirt.
The system did not work properly when initially installed, so the following Monday, a repair technician came and performed diagnosis and trouble shooting, in contact with manufacturer's rep. He was able to correct the problem and got the system operating.
In addition, to address my concerns that the condenser unit might have been damaged, they subsequently replaced that part of the system to ensure reliability.
I was very happy with their responsiveness to my concerns.
