Each one was an option, and gave improvements to the overall comfort of the house. Work was done in 2 days (they needed to come back due to power issues for the insulation blower). Overall, I'm happy with the results. house is more comfortable and furnace is running less."

"After buying the offer on Angie's List, within a day, the owner emailed me asking when I wanted to have them come install the new sump pump. He was very accommodating with my schedule, and got it scheduled within a few days. The day of the appointment, the plumber showed up early and I actually was not home yet, and he waited patiently. When I arrived he was very courteous, he took off his shoes when coming in the house. He did the replacement of the sump pump, and tested it to show me it was working. Then he cleaned up the basement floor of water and mud that had fallen on the floor - left it as it was when he got there, and took the old sump pump out by the curb - it happened to be garbage day. Overall excellent experience."
