New special order unit came in very quickly, and installation was scheduled for the next day. Old unit was removed and hauled away. New unit was professionally installed with attention to detail not present on the old unit. No damage to walls or floors, and installers used extra measures to prevent outside dirt, snow, and water from being tracked into the house. Very happy with the entire purchase/installation experience.

Called the company on Saturday and an appointment as set for Monday @ 12:00 P.M. The technician called to say he could be there at 11:00 A.M. he reviewed the job and provided an estimation of the work before starting. The job was completed in less than 45 minutes and was done to satisfaction. The technician was very courteous and professional. Also gave me an additional 10% discount as a prior costumer.

They did a good job. I spent about $700. He came and did a good job and solved my problems.

Our experience with them went very well. We were away for a while during the winter and our son came over and found that the sump pump was not working. We called the plumber; he came out and did the work. When they came back earlier this year it was in great shape so unfortunately it came to be a lot of detail. Our son told us about the problem, then we called, they came and fixed it. We saw it after it was finished. They seem to do an excellent job because they fixed the problem and their price was good. They told us what they were doing while they were doing it. It all worked out well. They did the work when they said they were going to do it. They got back to us when it was all done and we were happy with it. They fixed it and it stays fixed. They came in and did it within the time period they said they would be available to do it. As I said they kept in contact with us.

Arrived on time. Explained problem after checking toilet and inspecting basement supports. Estimate was a fair amount. Courteous throughout repair. Left area clean.

Tom was fantastic. He didn't stop just because the water started to drain. He kept working until he was satisfied that the clog was completely eliminated.

In mid January, we went to their showroom and picked out the faucets, mirrors, toilet and grab bar we wanted installed. One of the mirrors was on back order. We wanted to continue our part of the remodeling, so we decided to have the other items installed in late February. It turned out that the wrong tank for the toilet was delivered to Brinkers and had to be reordered, so the toilet could not be installed on that date. In mid March, the toilet and mirrors were finally installed. Also, the grab bar was not installed properly and that was corrected at that time.

Recently purchased home. Discovered water leak from half bath toilet and full bath toilet. Thomas diagnosed both leaks. Appearance that leaks may have been long term. He looked at both toilets and also noted they were in possible need of repair or replacement. Talked through possible options and gave advice (repair or replace toilets, what to do about floor boards). Thomas was up front with all costs and work needed. Nothing was done until final decision was made. We ended up just making sure the leaking was stopped. After he was finished, I also asked Thomas to take a look at the sump pump. It was diagnosed as not working. Got quote for replacement.

'Plumber showed up when scheduled. He was courteous and professional. Replaced the vacuum breaker in a timely fashion. We've been a customer of Brinker's for years. They have a new owner but excellent service continues.

Brinker's returned my call for a quote promptly (unlike the company whose name was on the side of the original water heater being replaced). Their quote was 10% lower than their competitors, and all items were quoted separately in their entirety on the phone. The final bill matched the quote given. The service man arrived right on time. He was courteous, put down a paper runner to ensure that no carpet damage was done, and cleaned up after completing the installation. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Brinker's to others.
