The old system was removed and new installed. Both men seemed very familiar with the task and worked quickly.

We are very pleased! Instead of listening to a hurry up and contract with us style, this small, family owned company listened to our needs and discussed their solutions. As luck would have it, we were able to schedule them in one day and now have a new system that eliminates most of the issues we experienced with our old, store bought unit. This system is much sturdier and is made with locally available parts as well. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! They showed us how easy it is to run and maintain. A+

They checked out out aged failing system and discussed options. We elected to replace the old unit. They did a good installation, and it seems to work very well. It is a much better unit than the old one. It softens less frequently and uses way less salt.

I have been working with 1ST Choice Water Solutions for four months now, and they have been a life saver to me when I needed lots of appliance upgrades on my home. They are and have been from the beginning, extremely responsive to all my water appliance needs. They've always been quick to respond whenever I call, usually within a day or two, consistently, which has been awesome! Their staff and customer service are the best in the business!! They come out monthly to replace my water filters, since I am unable to change them on my own, and they even lift those heavy 40 lb bags of softener pellets to refill my water softener.
